   Problem

   Plastic expansion tank became brittle from intense under-hood heat cycles, creating microscopic hairline fractures.

   Diagnosis

   Solution

   Replaced degraded coolant expansion reservoir, installed new reinforced upper radiator hose, and refilled system with organic acid technology coolant.

   Result

   Cooling system maintains pressure perfectly with zero vapor loss or leaks.
