Rubber valve cover gasket hardened and cracked due to engine heat exposure, allowing oil to leak onto the exhaust manifold.

Solution
Removed valve cover, cleaned mating surfaces, installed a new OEM gasket set and spark plug tube seals, and resealed with high-temp RTV silicone.

Oil leaks completely resolved; cabin odor eliminated and engine bay clean.
